This stylish duo-pack includes one radiant, shimmering green lacquer - Simply Smash-ing, and one Black Shatter Coat - a revolutionary new colour that creates a 'shattered" effect when applied over dry lacquer. Fierce and fashionable like Serena - they're the hottest shades down under! 

Apply one coat of Shatter over completely dry lacquer for a two-texture finish. (Use only one coat of Shatter.) For a high-gloss finish, apply Top Coat over the Shatter Coat.
