Delivery of goods

Most orders placed before 3.30pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders placed after 3.30pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.

No orders are processed, despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

All orders leave our premises on a guaranteed next day delivery service with APC - our chosen courier partner.

Each order is subject to a £3.50 postage and packing charge.  This cost covers the express delivery service and the careful picking and packing of your goods.  Some of our products are fragile and our expert team of warehouse staff are trained in the best packing methods to protect your order.

All consignments will be delivered to your specified "delivery" address between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

To ensure we offer a safe and efficient service you will be required to sign for all deliveries, please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your order.  If for any reason a delivery is not possible between the above hours, your order will be taken to the local depot of Initial CityLink and a card will be left as notification of an attempted delivery at your specified address.

When the courier leaves a card at your specified delivery address this automatically generates a second delivery attempt which will be the following day between the same hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

If you know this second attempt will not be convenient, the card will have details of your local Initial CityLink depot address and offer you the option to collect your order that same day.  All depots are open until 8.00pm on any weekday.  The goods will be held for a maximum of 5 days awaiting collection.

If you are unable to collect your order that day or the second delivery attempt will not be convenient, we recommend that you call the telephone number of the local depot detailed on the card and you can arrange an alternative  second delivery attempt.  This second delivery is not chargeable, however it must be made within 5 days of the first delivery attempt to avoid your order being returned to Lena White Ltd.

Please note that during busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details of 'last date to guarantee delivery' dates and allow extra time to receive your goods.
